A CSR-1 registered non-profit strengthening women-led livelihoods, green skills, and community resilience in the heart of Himachal Pradesh since 2017.
Helping Hand Welfare and Education Trust is more than just an NGO; we are a movement for sustainable change in the mountains.
We work at the critical intersection of women’s economic empowerment and climate resilience. By moving beyond one-time training to production-linked livelihood systems, we ensure that women in remote villages have consistent, dignified income.
To foster self-reliant, sustainable, and economically resilient communities across rural India, starting with the Himalayas.

When we started in 2017, we realized that a certificate alone does not change lives. What women need is market access, production support, and dignity.
